- With your teacher, explore resources on HCD principles.
- Discuss how HCD is used in developing health-focused wearable technology.
Learn about Interviewing & Conduct an Interview Analysis Exercise
- Practice analyzing interviews using sample transcripts to identify key insights, themes, and pain points.
Conduct an Interview
- Interview a peer or someone who could be a potential user of a health wearable.
- Focus on their needs, challenges, and thoughts related to health and technology.
Fill Out a Persona Template
- Use the information gathered from your interview to create a Persona—a fictional but research-based representation of your user.
- Make sure your persona reflects key insights, such as their goals, frustrations, habits, and preferences.
Deliverables:
- Create a post in the Responses tababove, and for your selected interviewee:
- Summarize key insights from the interview.
- Share the completed Persona Template with details on their background, needs, and behaviors.
